If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a single purchase of merchandise totaling $30 or less, simply let us know and we will issue a refund (or send a replacement) proportionate to the total shipping and merchandise cost. Repeat requests will not be honored. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase over $30, please contact us and we will try our best to make you happy—likewise if you are dissatisfied with your Enrollment! Please note that our physical products are print on-demand and come from a variety of suppliers. We do not accept returns.
